So how does it work?
The rules are stupidly simple…
You choose ONE dopamine-hijacking behavior or substance that you want to take a break from… and you commit to 30 days without said behavior/substance.
Common examples include:
doomscrolling
vaping
weed
alcohol
nose drugs
stimulants
junk food
porn
bingeing
or really any other compulsive behavior, pattern or substance you KNOW is holding you back…
You’ll be participating in real time alongside ME and the other Dopamine Reset Challenge participants who are going through the same journey, which help keeps the momentum, accountability, and community vibes alive!
Along the way you’ll learn about the neuroscience of dopamine, while implementing new dopamine-friendly habits and routines that work for your unique brain chemistry.
