FIRST THINGS FIRST, WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION?  

Integrative nutrition is a holistic, personalized approach to health and wellness that considers all aspects of one’s well-being; such as physical, emotional, social, spiritual, mental, and, yes, nutritional health. This approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of each of these areas (think mind:body connection), and draws from both alternative and conventional medicine ideologies to help promote greater balance and healing in the mind, body, and gut. 

WHAT I DO: 

As a holistic health coach, I offer personalized guidance for those interested in optimizing their health, wellness and/or nutrition. Maybe you’re looking to improve your diet and need some nutritional support, or perhaps you’re struggling to create and maintain healthy habits for yourself no matter what you try. Whatever the case, I’m here to listen, and to provide individualized support, feedback, accountability, and a wide-breadth of industry knowledge and resources to help empower you to become your healthiest self.

Currently based in Berlin, Germany, I spent the last six years learning, living, traveling and cooking my way around the globe from places as remote as permaculture farms in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala to intentional living communities in Brooklyn, New York. Fueled by my connection to the earth and the philosophy that food is medicine (and art!), I focus on utilizing seasonal and local products to create nourishing and inventive dishes, inspired by global cuisines and my travels around the world. As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and chef, I understand the nuances of nutritional science, and incorporate this knowledge into delicious and nutritious well-balanced meals that meet your specific needs and goals.
