  • Spearheaded McAndrew’s social media and content strategy initiatives through the creation, curation and implementation of engaging, research-driven content with a focus on the UN SDGs and sustainable food systems.

  • Facilitated weekly team meetings with the Business Development Team on best business expansion and social media marketing practices, increasing client acquisition, partnerships and collaborations.

  • Led 150+ self-written historical walking tours with companies such as AirBnb Experiences, Sandemans New Europe Tours, CAS Trips and ToursByLocals to groups of up to 50 people from more than 50 different nations, with an average 5-star rating on each platform.

  • Achieved and maintained the highest sales percentage of English-speaking tours of all English guides at Sandemans New York for the 2019 Tour Season, at 16% in just a matter of months. 

  • Built a thriving, client-focused, cutting-edge tour-guiding business from the ground up through word-of-mouth marketing, high rankings on Airbnb Experiences, innovative virtual tours via Facebook and Instagram Live and through targeted social media marketing initiatives.
